You are fortunate to have both of these Great Amstafs in Australia. They could win in any country and under strong competition.
Both were beautifully handled.

I found the handlers to be professional and very courteous. The dogs were presented at the speed I requested.  Remember the Amstaf is not built to run with the Greyhounds. This breed was bred for strength and the stamina to stand his grounds and rise to any challenge.

Thank you for the honor of Judging your Specialty. You can be very proud of your dogs and your breeding programs. I feel the breeders are on the right track. You have many nice dogs to incorporate into a breeding program. Remember to breed for tight lips and necks, level top line and clean shoulders. The Amstaf can reach and drive while holding a level top line. The proper Amstaf can compete and win against any other competiton if he is put together as our Standard states.

I love all breeds of dogs. Purebred or mixed. What wonderful creatures we enjoy our lives with. But, the American Staffordshire will always be my first love. I wish you much success in the future.

Yours truly
